Register as an Exhibitor
Partial refunds may be available prior to the early bird deadline of November 20, 2019. IPAY is not able to process any refunds within two weeks of the start of the event.
PROGRAM BOOK DEADLINE
You must buy your booth prior to DECEMBER 4, 2019 in order to be listed in the program book. Booths will still be sold after that date but it will no longer be possible to be listed in the program book.
Exhibit booths and tables will be assigned in the order in which applications and full payment are received.
Exhibit halls includes Conference Registration for one (1) individual. Additional Exhibitors are welcome to register for an additional $500 / $580 US per person for Members (Before Early Bird Deadline / After Early Bird Deadline) for IPAY Members or $685 / $760 US for Non-Members.
Please note: Full booth allows up to 5 additional registrants (including showcasing or spotlight artists). Half booth allows up to 2 additional registrants (including showcasing artists or spotlighting artists).
Registration will be completed when the application form has been received and payment in full is received for booth and additional registrants.
Exhibit booth materials may be sent to the hotel three days prior to the beginning of the conference.
Companies are solely responsible for arranging pick up of materials through courier services. Boxes can be shipped to The DoubleTree Philadelphia for exhibitors or convention attendees. The hotel will accept packages up to 3 business days prior to the conference. Exhibitors must arrange to have their material delivered no sooner than
