Board of Directors
Carolyn Elliott is currently the Director of Programming at the Broad Stage in Santa Monica, California. Previously Mrs. Elliott produced over 27 original theatrical concerts for the Los Angeles Philharmonic at the Hollywood Bowl and at Disney Hall under the education umbrella, working with Maestro Salonen and Dudamel to introduce theatre, dance, and puppetry into their concerts for children, transforming the model for family concerts from lecture to theatrical event. She garnered a 'Best of Los Angeles' Award from Los Angeles Magazine for her program redesign of SummerSounds at The Hollywood Bowl, by pairing dancers and theatre artists with world music ensembles, and crafting a storyline celebrating being a good neighbor. Prior to her work at the Philharmonic, she produced theatrical shows for Pacific Resident Theatre, 24th Street Theatre and worked prolifically in Regional Theatres as an actress including local venues such as Pasadena Playhouse, PRT, Odyssey, Laguna Playhouse, Rubicon Theatre and many others.
